Located in Maqiao economic development zone of Xinyan town, Shandong Yaohui Solar Co., Ltd., with a floor area of over 20 mu, started its normal construction on March 1. The first 5㎡ all-electric melting glass furnace was successfully put into operation on May 1, and the first solar energy blank tube vertical drawing production line was also started formally. On June 29, the 2nd furnace was put into production. Yaohui has taken its leading position in the domestic solar energy blank tube industry.

With a newly-increased land over 20 mu, the company built the 3rd furnace. On January 18th, the 3rd furnace was ignited formally and at the same time, the horizontal drawing production technology was introduced.

The company implemented improvement of horizontal technology for the 1st furnace and the 2nd furnace. From September to November, the 4th, 5th and 6th furnaces were ignited and put into operation successively with the annual production capacity up to over 30,000 tons. In the same year, the company became the main supplier of the Himin Corporation by use of its outstanding product quality. With sales increase, Yaohui has been a supplier of famous name brand solar energy production enterprises in China, such as Taiyangyu, Sunshore, HuaYang, Tianpu, Sangle and Tsing Hua Sunny.

With emphasis on management, the company improves and clearly defines organization structure and functions, and the decision-making process is more simplified and helpful, which not only helps the implementation of the company’s brand strategy, but also provides powerful guarantee for the new development strategy of the company. In the same year, the company further expanded its production scale through building its new 7th furnace with the annual production increase to over 40,000 tons.

In order to further optimize the structure and increase the competitiveness, Dezhou Yaohui Solar Energy Company was established in Dezhou Himin Industry Park in April, and two new 14㎡ all-electric glass furnaces were put into operation. Now, the company has 6 furnaces with the annual production up to 60,000 tons, realizing win-win cooperation with Himin Company. In December, the company made a decision to expand the plant scale in Maqiao Development Zone and built a new pipe drawing workshop, with a floor area of 150 mu.

In January, the 14㎡.8th, 9th and 10th furnaces of Yanzhou Yaohui were put into operation formally. The market share of the products was increased to 26%, and therefore the market competitiveness was enhanced gradually. In order to realize diversification of products, to explore new markets, and find new profit growth points, the company built a blowing machine workshop which was put into production at the end of the year. In October, the company passed the certification of the ISO9001 Quality Management System and the ISO14001 Environment Management System. It has realized standardization, programming and normalized production and further improved its product quality.

The company newly built three 14㎡furnaces with the annual production up to 150,000 tons, which helps the company to take the absolute advantage in the same industry in China. Seizing the opportunity of expanding Green Lighting Program in China, the company increased a land over 150 mu and invested 200 million Yuan in building a new production line with the annual production capability of 80,000 tons of energy-saving lighting tubes. In December of the same year, the new project was started formally.

In order to seize opportunities, promote development and satisfy market demands, the company is planning to build another 6 furnaces. So far, two furnaces have been built and put into production. The production scale expansion will further improve the yield, increase the market share and strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness.
